软性纤维填料生物膜法A/O脱氮系统探讨 被引量:2

摘要 软性纤维填料生物膜法A/O工艺,处理腈纶废水先后进行了小试、中试及工业性试验。试验研究证明:前置反硝化的A/O系统具有充分利用废水中有机碳源、减轻好氧段负荷、节省能耗等特点。A/O生化反应池内装有软性纤维填料后,反应池可以任意组合放大;不会堵塞和短流;填料适合于硝化菌生长,而且耐冲击;整个系统正常运行时,硝化段出水SS约20~30mg/L,其它各项指标均合格。根据多年的实践经验对工艺条件的控制作了讨论和说明。 The laboratory, pilot-scale and industrial tests of A/O biological film process with loft f foer packing treating the acre-lie fibres wastewater were made.The results:how that A/O system of pre-denitrification can fully utilize the organic carbon in the wastewater, reduce foe load of the aerobic stage and the energy consumption,etc.The biological reaction tanks with the soft fiber packing can be.arbitrarly combined and enlarged and cannot be blocked up and short circuiting.The packing is not only suited to nitrobacter turn growing, but also is rushproof.The SS in outlet water from cannot the nitrification stage is from 20 mg/L to 30mg/L,the others pollutant'sconcentration can meet the standards.The controiling of process parameters was discussed and explained.
