摘要
本文通过对高含沙洪水的水文特征及河床演变特征的分析和险情调查，分析了高含沙洪水对河道防洪工程的各种影响，阐述了防洪抢险工作中高含沙洪水带来的新问题，并提出了相应的对策建议。
In this paper, Effects on river flood control project are studiedbased on analysing hydroIOgic features of hyperconcentration floods and fluvial processes and investigation of the dangerous sistuations of projeCt. New problems caused by hyperconcentration floods are found in flood control work and some corresponding counter move and proposals are also put forward
