摘要
１９９３年２～４月，承德医学院发生一起麻疹暴发，发病６１例，多数为学生。翌年５月，承德卫生学校又发生一起麻疹暴发，发病３１例，均为一年级学生。卫生学校在麻疹发生后及时报告疫情，对易感者应急接种麻疹疫苗，使疫情很快得到控制。而医学院却未能及时报告疫情和采取应急措施，使疫情蔓延。这再次证实，应急接种是控制麻疹的有效措施。
measles outbreak occurred in Chengde Medical College in February
April,1993 with 6 1 cas-es,and most of them were students.In May,
1994, another measles outbreak occurred in ChengdeHealth School,with
32 cases of Grade I students. An immediate measles virus vaccination
to suscepit-ble individuals and timely case report were undertaken by
the Health Schcol,so the outbreak was sooncontrolled. The situation
turned out contrary in Chengde Medical College,where no
preventivemeasares had been taken and the disease spread.This clearly
showed that immediate measles virus vac-cination to susceptibles is
the very effective measure in control of measles outbreak.
