摘要
应用放射配体结合法，测定２０例非妊娠妇女，２０例中期妊娠，２５例晚期妊娠和２０例分娩后妇女外周血淋巴细胞β２－肾上腺素能受体的结合量。非妊娠妇女外周血淋巴细胞β２－受体结合量最高，晚期妊娠较低，分娩后则明显降低，提示妊娠期β２－受体结合量随孕龄增加而减少。本文对β２－受体变化的可能机制及临床意义进行了探讨。
The binding capacity of β2-adrenoceptor on lymphocytes was measured by radioligand binding assay in 20 non-pregnant women, 20 pregnancy of second trimester, 25 of third trimester and 20 of postpartum period. Our results revealed that the binding capacity of β2-adrenoceptors on lymphocytes was the highest among nonpregnant women ,and the lowest in post-partum women and it was decreased along with the increase of gestational age. The possible mechanism of the β2-AR changes and its clinical significance are discussed.
