摘要
油码头溢油防治设施是由潮汐式国油栏及其桩位接口装置、浮油回收装置等组成；从完成的小试验和工业试验结果表明：该设施技术是可行的。能在浪高１ｍ，潮流１节，风速１５ｍ／ｓ下进行浮油回收作业，分离器排水油含量可达８．５ｐｐｍ，它的工业试验是成功的，具有较大的推广价值。
This article firstly introduces that the facilities for preventing and controlling the overflowing oil in harbors were composed of the tide-type oil enclosure, the pile-and-boom joint equipment, the floating oil recovery equipment etc. Its industrial test is emphatically described.Its technology is reasonable,it is of success and could be widely applied.
