摘要
本文介绍了火车车轮半成品尺寸检测线的功能与组成，详细讨论了系统的测量原理以及测量机的工作原理和结构简图，分析了计算机在线检测与控制系统的构成与功能、系统软件流程及软件设计思想．
A dimension inspection and testing line for semimanufsctured trainwheels is introduced in this paper. Its function and components are showed. The measurement principle of thesystem and the measuring machine constructions are discussed in details. Especially,the design ofsystem hardware and software in this on-line measurement and control system is analyzed.
