摘要
本文介绍了采用金属偶联剂对高岭土进行包膜改性的试验。对偶联剂作了择优挑选；确定了新的工艺条件及配方；将产品应用于橡胶制品并进行了性能测试。试验表明新工艺操作方便、设备简单，产品质量好、成本低，可取代目前能耗高、价格高的同类产品。
This paper introduced an experiment on the surface treatment for kaolinite on which a coupling agent film is coated. The proper coupling agent is chosen. The technological requirements are determined. As a filler, the coated kaolin is applied to rubber.It is proved that the use effect is salutary after various surveys
