摘要
本文提出一种新方法一有限块法,来处理板材挤出模具流道中三维非牛顿溶体流动,它可把三维问题化为二维,比三维有限元法简便很多,既节省了计算机内存也缩短了计算时间,显示出该法在工程应用中有着很好前景.
This paper gives a new method,the finite block method, for treating the melt flow of three non-Newtonian dimensions in the flow channel of sheet die. It may lower the three dimensional problem to two dimensional one, so it is much more convenient than three dimensional finite element method. A great deal of computer internal memory and computation time are saved by this method, which demonstrates good prospects of engineering application
