摘要
用流变性方法分析了酞菁蓝-醇酸树脂体系的分散稳定性,同时用沉降和电镜等方法对该体系的分散稳定性进行了确证。结果表明,添加943分散剂的酞菁蓝-醇酸树脂体系的分散稳定性变好,其流动行为趋近宾汉流体;而未加分散剂的相同体系中,酞菁蓝粒子易于沉降、返粗,其流动曲线形成明显的触变环。
he disperse stability of phthalocyanine blue pigment-alkyd resin dispersed system was analyzed by means of the rheological method. Meanwhile, the rheological results of dispersed system were proved with the help of direct methods of sedimentation and transmission electron microscopy. It was found that the more stable the dispersion, the closer to Binham fluid its flow behaviour; Conversely, the less stable the dispersion, the more remarkable its hysperesis loop.
