海水比重对微黄镰玉螺Lunatica gilva胚胎发育、浮游幼虫生存与生长影响 被引量:4

摘要 本文研究报告了不同海水比重对微黄镰玉螺Lunaticagilva胚胎发育、浮游幼虫生存与生长的影响结果。胚胎发育的适宜比重范围为1.012-1.027,浮游幼虫存活范围:1.012-1.021;在海水比重为1.018的海水中,浮游幼虫的日增长量最大,达7.24μ,生长的适宜比重1.012-1.021。本文就单因子试验对试验结果作了分析讨论,就海水比重对不同种类的海洋贝类的影响作了比较。 This paper reported the effect on the embryonic development, larva gro-wth and surviving of Lunatica gilva with various sea specific gravity (ssg )。The suitable ssg for embryonic development is from 1.012 to 1.027, and suitable ssg for larva growth and surviving from 1.012 to 1.021.In the condition of ssg =1.018(normal sea water), larva grew discussed the results of the individual assay, and compared with the different species of sea shells.
