摘要
本文利用解析方法给出了ＤｉｒｉｃｈｌｅｔＬ－函数的二次均值 的一个渐近级数，其中０＜σ１，σ２＜１，ｔ是任意实数，Ｐ是素数．
The main purpose of this paper is using the analytic method which is not only quite different from Heath Brown's one,but also Masanori Katsurada and kohij Matsumoto's one to give an asymptotic series for the mean value where 0<σ1,σ2<1,t is an arbitrary real number, and P is prime.
