Contamination of infusion fluids in hospital can cause pyrogcn rcaction. In order to improve the aseptic condition in preparing the infusion fluids in hospitals, a series of disinfection and stcrilization mcasures for cleaning room and infusion fluid filtration system were established. It was indicated by bacteriological examination that the measurcs adopted could effectively reduce the number of bacteria in air of cleaning room and cnsure sterilization of infusion fluids.
