摘要
为了解本市医院消毒质量,我们于1987年1～11月,对我市医院的化学消毒剂、空气、消毒器物、物体表面等的污染,以及压力蒸汽灭菌与紫外线消毒的质量进行了调查。调查中,对市级医院进行了41所次,区级医院40所次,乡级卫生所193所次,共274所次,随机抽样检测样品4,631份,总合格率为73.42%。现将调查结果报告如下。
The quality of disinfection and sterilization in hospitals in Nanjing Municipality was investigated. The bacterial contamination of disinfectants in use was investigated in 1207 samples, of which 1035 samples(85.75%)were found to be within the permissible level. Autoclaving was examined for 226 times and 208 times(90.04%)were up to standard. Bacteriological examination was carried out in 1351 samples taken from sterilized medical instruments and only 804 samples (59.51%)were found to be up to standard. For investigation of bacterial count of air at various places such as operating room and wards, 530 samples were taken and only 31.13% was found to be within the permissible range. Bacteriological examination of 583 samples taken from the hands of medical workers indicated 83～94% within the permissible contamination level. Examination of 415 samples taken from medical instruments and hands of medical workers by ELISA method for HBsAg gave negative results.
