摘要
从运输组织的现状,定性分析了现行单纯计时工资制与部分计件工资制的不足,按质量与数量并重的原则,提出了作业站计效工资制的基本设想及操作方法;预测了实施计效办法后运输组织的变化及效果。
In light of the current situation of transportation organization,the paper analyzed the drawbacks of the existing salary systems which reckons only by time or partially by the piece. According to the principle of laying equal stress on quality and quantity, the paper put forward the basic conception and implementation method of the salary system which reckons by efficiency. The paper alsoforecasted the changes and effects which the new method will bring to the transportation organization.
