摘要
本文主要论述我国沿海分布着的广阔滩涂、滩涂资源的特点、滩涂开发利用现状以及针对滩涂在开发利用过程中出现的问题，提出科学开发滩涂的基本战略。滩涂资源是我国沿海地区重要资源，加强对这一资源的开发利用，对沿海地区经济持续发展具有重要的战略意义。
This article deals with the distribution, the characteristic and the usage of coastal zone in China. Depanding on the problems happned while developing, it puts forward the basic development strategy. The mud-tide flat is one of the importment resources coastal zone of own country. To enlance developing mud-tide flat resource is of strategic importance to economic sustainable development in coastal zone.
