中点软定位簧多工位级进模剖析

摘要 本文剖析的多工位级进模具,通过17个工位、能生产形状复杂、材料极薄、精度要求较高的电子元件。工件载体和工位布置、充分考虑了工件成形性能和凸凹模的安装方式与强度。在凸模固定板,凹模固定板和卸料板3个主干件上、各工位采用镶拼结构的镶块嵌件,以提高模具装配精度、降低模具加工难度,可靠的定位导正系统和保安装置,能确保模具安全正常地工作。这种模具结构既可保证产品精度,又适于国内制造。 This paper discusses a multi-stage tool that, through 17 stages, canproduce electronic components with complex, thin configuration and highaccuracy. In designing its workpiece conveyer and multiplex layout, thesufficient consideration has been paid to the workpiece formalility, fix-ing means of punches and dies, and its working strength. As for thethree major components: the fixing punch plate, the fixing die plate andthe pad, the inserting structure has been used so as to enhance the as-sembly precision of dies, to reduce the difficulty of die manufacture. Aretiable system for locating and guiding,and a set for safety can ensuresafe and stisfactory work of the dies. Such design of the multi-stagetool can ensure the accuracy of production and can be manufactured athome.
