摘要
用杂多酸催化剂在釜式反应器内对乙酸和正丁醇的液相酯化反应进行了研究.考察了催化剂的用量、反应物摩尔比和反应温度对酯化反应的影响.当HPA用量为1.5%,酸醇摩尔比为3—5,反应温度为100—110℃,60min酯化转化率大于94%.杂多酸催化剂的选择性较好,反应90h并未发现催化活性下降.
Heteropoly acid was used as catalyst of liquid phase esterification of n-butyl alcohol with acetic in a still reactor. Effects of the amount of HPA catalyst the mole ratio of reactants, and reaction temperatures on the esterification were investigated. The experimental results show that the esterifcation conversion is orer 94% when the reaction goes on for 60 minutes at 1.5%(w) HPA catalyst,100 ̄ 110℃and 3-5 mole ratios of acid to alconol. The selectivity of the heteropoly acid catalyst is better and the activity of heteropoly acid catalyst does not sharply decrease before 90h.
