苯甲醛与正己醛在氢氧化钾和PEG-400存在下,于56℃反应5.5小时,生成α—丁基肉桂醛,收率98.3%。用同样的方法,由苯甲醛与正庚醛反应制备α—戊基肉桂醛,收率93.5%。
α-n-Butylcinnamaldehyde was prepared in 97.3% yield by the reaction of benzaldehyde and n-hexaldehyde in the presence of potassium hydroxide and PEG-400 at 56℃ for five and half hours. By the same method, α-n-amylcinnamaldehyde was prepared in 93.5% yield by the reaction of benzaldehyde and n-heptaldehyde.
