摘要 本文在文献[1]的基础上,将切屑在前刀面上的运动形式分解为侧卷运动和上卷运动.根据分运动速度的方向和大小,从理论上建立并完善了群钻钻削的流屑角模型,为群钻钻削力预测模型的建立奠定了基础. n this paper the chip's motion on the rake face is resolved into sidewardcurl and upward curl on the basis of literature[1].According to the direction and valueof the component velocity,a theoretical model of chip flow angle is built and improvedfor CMFD,and then a function for building the predicting model of CMFD's drillingforce is laid.
