摘要
检测了正常及冲击伤大鼠的血浆血管性假血友病因子（ｖＷＦ）含量和肺微血管内皮细胞（ＥＣ）ｖＷＦ含量积分。结果显示：伤后血浆ｖＷＦ含量逐渐增高，肺微血管内皮细胞ｖＷＦ含量积分则逐渐减少，二者均与对照有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）；二者变化趋势间呈显著的负相关关系（ｒ＝－０．９１４６，Ｐ＜０．０５）。
The plasma content of von Willebrand factor(vWF )and vWF score of the pulmonary microvascular endothelial cells were measured in normal rats and those after blast injury. It was found that plasma vWF content was significantly higher in the injured rats than in the control,vWF score was significantly lower in the injured rats than in the control(P<0. 01)and there was a close negative correlation between the changes of plasma vWF content and that of vWF score of pulmonary microvascular endothelial cells after blast injury in rats.
