采用紫外分光光度法（检测波长２７７ｎｍ）对酒石酸美托洛尔胶囊进行体外溶出度测定。参数Ｔ５０、Ｔｄ、ｍ表明溶出度均超过７５％，四批胶囊剂之间无显著差异，
The dissolution of metoprolol tartrate capsules of different batches was determined by UV spectrophotometry.The results showed that different products had not significant differences and the dissolution of all the Products was over 75%.
