摘要
连续选取我院角膜病门诊１０８例（２１６只眼）确诊为干眼症患者、２１６例（４３２只眼）正常人分别结膜囊细菌培养，结果说明结膜囊作细菌培养阳性率于眼症患者明显高于正常人（Ｐ＜０．００１），且以致病力较强的绿脓杆菌及金黄色葡萄球菌最多。建议干眼症患者除了给予人工泪液外还应给予预防性抗生素治疗。

and eight cases of Sjogren syndrome diagnosed in out-patients with
corneal disease and two hundred and sixteen normal control persons
were successively selected for bacterial culture of conjunctival sac.
The results revealed that the rate of positive culture in the
patients with Sj gren syndrome was markedly higher than that of the
normal persons(p<0.001).Furthermore,Pseudomonas pyocyanea and
Staphylococ-cus aureus,which have strong pathogenic ability, were
predominant in the conjunctival flora of the Sjogren syndrome
patients.It is suggested that prophylactic antibiotics should be
administrated in addition to artificial tears to patients with
Sjogren syndrome.
