摘要
在祖国医学的脏象学说心、肝、脾、肺、肾五脏之中,尤以“肾”为人体最重要的器官,谓为“先天之本”,为历代医家的重视。五脏六腑之阳均由肾阳来温养之说已为众多学者所接受。肾阳虚是临床所见多种疾病之根源,通过温肾助阳均可奏效,与中医“异病同治”理论相吻合。但这类中药治疗肾阳虚证的物质基础究竟何在?近年来,国内外学者对此进行了许多有益的探索,但从分子水平上进行多元素系统的研究,并在中医理论指导下给予合理的解释尚少。作者采用等离子体发射光谱法对其部分宏量元素和微量元素进行了分析,以期为阐明温肾助阳类中药治疗肾阳虚证提供部分实验依据,现将分析结果报道如下。
This paper reported the determining results for eighteen kinds of constant and trace elements
contained in twenty-one kinds of Chinese Materia Medica warming-kidney & invigorating tonics.
Meanwhile,we also discussed the distributing regularities of the trace elements for these tonics.
