摘要
应用多元扩散偶-电子探针微区成分分析技术,测定了Ti-Ni-Nb三元系相图的700,800,900℃等温截面含镍量(原子分数)为0~50%的大部分区域.完整地测定了α-Ti,β(Ti,Nb)及Ti2Ni的相区范围及相平衡关系。
ost of isothermal sections of the phase diagrams of Ti-Ni-Nb ternary system in which thenickel contents may be up to 50 at% Ni,were determined at 700,800 and 900℃ respectively,using diffusioncouple technique. The composition ranges and phase equilibrium relationships of Q--Ti,&(Ti,Nb)and TiZNiwere determined completely. A ternary compound Xo with possible stoichiometrical composition of Ti,Ni,Nb,is discovered for the first time.'
