本文介绍了容量限制分配方法的概念、交通量与车速（以下简称Ｑ－Ｖ曲线）的特点、容量限制分配方法的具体应用步骤和分配次数对分配结果的影响等。
The idea of capacity restrained traffic assignment rnethod,characteristics of traffic volume and speed(Q-V curve)application procedure and effect of assign-ment mumber on assigned resuIts are introduced in this paper.
