Determination of Carbon Disulfide in Wastegas by Gas Chromatography

摘要 采用活性炭采样管富集工业废气中二硫化碳,以无水乙醇为解吸溶剂,1,2,3-三(2-氰基乙氧基)丙烷为固定液,Chromosorb W—HP—AW—DMCS为载体,用火焰光度检测器进行色谱测定。进行了采样方法、样品保存、干扰物质及最佳色谱条件等项条件试验。方法的采样效率为98%~100%;精密度实验的变异系数为2.8%~6.6%;平均加标回收率为88.0%~100.3%;按1L采样体积计,方法的最低检出浓度为8×10^(-5)mg/m^3。 Using activated charcoal sampling tube for concentrating CS2 from industrial wastegas, absolute ethyl alcohol as adsorption stripping solvent, 1,2,3-tri (2-cyanoethoxy) propane as stationary liquid, chromosorb W-HP-AW-DMCS as supporter, and flame photometry detector for carrying out gas chromatographic determination. Sampling method, sample storage, interference substances and optimum chromatographic condition test were also carried out. The result showed that the sampling efficiency of the method was 98% -100%, the average spiked recovery rate was 88%-100%, the coefficient variation of precision test was2.8%-6.6%. According to 1 litter sample volume calculation, minimum detection concentration was 8×10 -5mg/m3.
