摘要
采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳等方法,对黑眉锦蛇(Elaphetaeniuruscope)在活动期与蛰伏期的血清、脑、骨骼肌和肝中的乳酸脱氢酶(Lactatedehydrogenase,LDH)同工酶和血糖浓度进行了比较研究.结果提示,LDH同工酶和血糖浓度的季节变化与动物的生态环境和能量代谢水平相适应.
By means of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis a series of comparative studies weremade on the lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)isozymes in serum, brain , skeletal muscles and liver as well as theblood glucose concentration of Elaphe taeniurus cope during its activity and dormancy periods. The results in-dicated that the seasonal changes of LDH isozymes and blood glucose concentration adapted to its ecologicalenvironment and the level of energy metabolism.
