摘要
FEP树脂由于加工温度高,熔体粘度大等原因.在挤塑成型时出现不同于一般塑料的现象和困难,本文讨论了FEP挤出的挤出机、螺杆设计,树脂的流动特性,热老化和熔体破裂现象等.测定了MFI-温度,MFI-不同温度下树脂停留时间的关系等.推荐了挤塑薄膜的工艺条件。
The difficulties and the phenomena different from that forprocessing ordinary plastics appeared during the extrusion processing ofFEP resin due to its high melt viscosity and high molding temperature.This paper discusses a extruder for FEP, the screw design, the flowfeature of resin, the phenomena of melt fracture and thermal ageing. Theexperimental data of MFI-temperature, MFI-resident time at differenttemperatures are given. Optimum extrusion conditions in producing FEPfilm are recommended.
