摘要
本文介绍了一种制造聚烯烃着色母粒的简单方法。用扬子石化公司副产低分子聚乙烯作为颜料分散剂,适当添加某些助剂,于特定的加工条件下经过混炼后,用双螺杆挤出机造粒而成。该工艺具有流程短、能耗低、劳动强度小等特点。所制造的色母粒经许多厂家试用效果良好。
A simplified procedure for producing colour masterbatches
has been developed. Without pre-grinding of pigments, good
quality masterbatches were produced with HDPE by-product --PE
wax and certain additives as dispersing agents under special
conditions described in this paper. The masterbatches produced
have been used for PP and/or PE products colouring.
