摘要
本文应用信息分形理论，对高校教育期刊的内容和质量进行研究和评估．并通过实际调查得到我校期刊的论文作者的分布规律，将该规律应用在人才成长及教育、教学研究中，取得一定信息．
In this article,from practical investi gation we got the distribution of the author of periodi-cal thesis. This distribution reflects the character of scientific result's in creasing number and pe-riodical message's structure. By using this periodical message structure we could judge the selectional method's scientific character , and we could foresee the scientific accompli-xhment'snuumber We the grand decision to people's grouing up.
