摘要
用于活塞车床伺服刀架的音圈电机,当其体积受到限制时,车削过程中音圈上将产生大量的焦耳热,针对这一问题,提出了由一个弹簧来提供本应由音圈电机提供的驱动力的直流分量的方法,以减少音圈上产生的焦耳热;并通过计算机仿真,给予了验证。
When the dimensions of the sound coil linear machine in servo tool holder for pistonlathe are restricted,a great deal of joule heat is produced in the sound soil during machining.This paper proposes a way in which a linear spring provides the DC-component of the driveforce to tackle the problem, The characteristics of the cutting forces are analysed,the way isdescribed in detail and simulation results are presented.
