摘要
在３０套成年男性腹部连续矢状断层标本上，左、右肾的绝对出现范围在正中矢状断面左、右侧各３．７～７．３ｃｍ之间；肾上腺不贴附于肾的上面，而居其前内上方；左肾大于右肾；左、右肾的后仰角分别为１６．１±７．９°和１９．６±１０．０°；还对左、右肾在连续矢状断面上的毗邻、肾门和肾蒂进行了探讨。
On 30 sets of serial sagittal sections of Chinese male cadavers, each kidney was surely visualized on the corresponding side of the median plane ranging from 3.7cm to 7.3cm.Each suprarenal gland doesn't lie against the superior surface of the corresponding kidney,but they are anteromedial superior to the kidneys. The left kidney is larger than the right one. The posterior elevation angles of the left and right kidneys are 16. 1 ±7.9° and 19.6± 10.0° respectively. Adjacent structures of both kidneys, renal hila and renal pedicles on serial sagittal sections were also studied in detail.
