摘要
根据三年的工作实践对完井液评价申几个问题进行了探讨,得出以下五个方面的看法:①选用的岩心尺寸以φ25mm,长20~30mm为宜;②根据岩心所应具有的水敏度适当调节膨润土量,使岩心渗透率损失控制在30%~70%;③无机防膨剂和有机防膨剂的效果试验可分别在带刻度的试管中和小烧杯申进行,方法简便,效果直观;④为选择合适的添加剂,除采用美国API标准测常温滤失量外,还需做高温滤失试验;⑤推荐了新的岩心流动试验方法,即真空中用煤油饱和30min→通煤油饱和→通盐水驱煤油→通煤油测K_1→通待测流体→反向通煤油测K_2。全部试验时间只需6~8h,其结果重复性很好。
An improved core flow test procedure for the evaluation of completion fluids is presented. It is proposed that the length of core samples in flow test can be in the range of 20 to 30 mm, the water sensitivity of artificial cores should be controlled to make the loss of permeability in the range of 30% to 70% by adjusting the content of bentonite.
