摘要
长井段渗透性井漏是濮城等老油田调整井钻井中普遍发生的问题,其特点是漏失井段长且连续,渗漏速度慢,累积量很大,不能用阶段性堵漏方法解决。造成渗漏的主要原因是注采失衡,地层流体严重亏空。针对这些情况,我们使用以801、OP—1、QS—2为主体的随钻堵漏配方,它优于普通单向压力封闭剂和石棉绒等堵漏新材料。在室内实验和濮城等油田9口井的现场使用表明,该堵漏剂有效地控制了井漏,而且不增大井下摩阻、提高了地层抗破能力和稳定井壁等优点,有广泛的推广应用价值。
Because of serious lost circulation existed in drilling adjustment wells in Zhongyuan oil field , plugging while drilling was adopted . Three plugging agents are selected , with advantage of no effect on friction property . It is shown that selected agents can improve the filter cake and hole stability . Applications at 3 typical wells are presented .
