摘要
本文报道用国产洛美沙星治疗各种细菌性感染43例,其中11例与依诺沙星治疗组10例作随机对照,剂量均为0.2g,每日三次口服.疗程5～10天.结果随机对照组洛美沙星与依诺沙星临床治疗分别为100%和40%(P<0.05).洛美沙星开放组32例,临床疗效90.63%.全部43例(随机组11例加开放组32例)的总临床有效率为93.02%.本文证明国产洛美沙星对细菌性感染有很好的疗效.
21 patients with respiratory and urinary tract infections were randomized to receive either domestic lomefloxacin (0. 2g,tid) or enoxacin (0.2g,tid) orally for 5-10d. In the lomefloxacin group(11 patients) clinical effective rate is 100% and in enoxacin, that is 40% (P<0.05). There is no significant difference in bacterial clearance between lomefloxacin and enoxacin group. in the open 32 patients to receive domestic lomefloxacin clinical effective rate is 90.63% and the percentage of bacterial clearance is 96. 88%. In 43 cases (randomized 11 plus open 32) the total Clinical effetive rate is 93. 02% and the total percentage of bacterial clearance is 97.67%. This result suggests that domestic lomefloxacin has very good therapeutic effect in treating bacterial infections.
