摘要
本文讨论并建立了浇注系统充填过程的理想模型。指出理想的浇注系统模型应具备的基本性能是:合适的浇注时间t;合理的内浇口压头h3;横浇道压头h2应尽量高些;(h2-h3)的值应尽可能小;浇注系统体积尽量小;足够的剩余压头Hm。文中介绍的方法是以大孔出流理论和阿暂公式作为设计公式,选取不同的截面比,设计一系列浇注系统,然后选择最符合理想模型的浇注系统作为设计结果。
An ideal model of filling process for gating system has been developed using CAD and the essential requirements for ideal model of gating system were also indicated in eluding proper pouring time t, pressure head of ingates h3, higher pressure head of runner h2, less value (h2-h3), less volume of gating system and surplus pressure head enough Hm. Based on the large orifice discharge theory and Osann formula, the crosssectional area ratio was selected,a series of gating systems can be designed, then the gating system to be close to the ideal model was determined.
