摘要
本文报告用含阿霉素（或表阿霉素）为主的联合化疗方案治疗１１３例小细胞肺癌的近期疗效。治疗结果显示有效率与病期、年龄和治疗周期数有关，局限型高于广泛型，ⅡⅢａ期高于Ⅲｂ、Ⅳ期，随着年龄增加疗效似有提高，化疗周期数增加，疗效提高，但有局限性。
The article reports the shorterm curative effective of 113 cases small cell lung cancer of combined chemotherapy centered on ADM or 4'-Epi-ADR.
