摘要
以转移症状为主要临床表现的肺癌并不少见。因其原发灶小、起病隐袭、临床表现复杂、涉及临床多个科室，又缺少呼吸道症状、易致漏诊、误诊。本文分析６４例以转移症状为主要临床表现的肺癌，重点探讨其诊断问题。强调临床医师应不断扩大知识面，提高对肺癌转移症状的识别能力，有助于肺癌的早期诊断。
Abstract Lung cancer characterized by the metastasis symptoms is not rarely seen in the clinic. Yet misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis inclined to take place as a result of its small primary focus, insidious onset, and complox symptoms. Sixty-four patiants with this form of lung cancer were analyzed with the stress on diagnosis. It is emphasized that clinician should extend medical knowlege and improve the ability to discern the metastasis symptoms of the lung cancer. So as to make a diagnosis at early stage.
