摘要
本文对近红外线扫描（ＩｎｆｒａｒｅｄＬｉｇｈｔＳｃａｎ简称ＩＬＳ）检查诊断乳腺癌进行了总结。诊断乳腺癌６３例，病理证实５６例，诊断符合率为８９％。诊断为乳腺纤维腺瘤和慢乳病的２１０例中有８例病理证实为乳腺癌，误诊率为３．８％。我们体会到ＩＬＳ检查具有操作方便，图象直观，诊断率高，且对人体无损害、无痛苦而易被患者接受，特别适用于乳腺癌的普查。
Abstract Sixty three patients with breast cancer were diagnosed by Infrared Light Scan(ILS).Of them,Fifty six cases were proved by pothology.The correct rate was 89%.Eight breast cancers were diagnosed pathologically in two hundred and ten mammary fibroadenoma and chronic mastoplasia diagnosed by ILS,The mis-diagnosis rate was 3.8%.The results indicate that ILS is cosidered simple,non-invasive, easy to operate and reliable in the detection of breast cancers.Therefore we belive that ILS is the method of choise in mass screening of breast cancers.
