黄精种子适宜发芽温度25℃—27℃,种子在常温下干燥贮藏发芽率62％,拌湿砂在1℃—7℃低温下贮藏,发芽率96％,种子采收后当年播种或第二年春季播种,均在第二年夏季长根,在根的基部形成小根茎,第三年出苗。将小根茎经过45—60天0℃—-2℃低温处理,当年可以出苗。
The suitable germinative temperature of seed for Polygonatum sibiricum is between 25～27℃. In normal temperature, germinating capacity of seed is 62% when stored in drying, and 96% in lower temperature (1～7℃) when mixed in wetting sand. The root will grow up in next summer when the seed is planted in the first year or next spring. The small rhizoma form in the base of the root. The plantling appear in the third year. But when the small rhizoma is treated in 0～-2℃for 45-60 days, the plantlet will grow up in the same year
