摘要 用正交试验设计安排决明子炒制工艺参数筛选的试验,结合化学成分的测定和药理实验结果,得到了决明子最佳炒制工艺条件,即140℃热锅下药,炒至药温升至140℃,保持此温度10min。 The optimum condition of stir-frying Semen Cassiae (Cassia tora L.) was screened with orthogonal design. Combined with the results of quantitative deter-mination of some chemical constituents and pharmacological experiment, the optimum condition of stir-frying Semen Cassiae was fixed. The procedure and parameters are as follows: place the clean seeds in a hot pot at 140℃ stir continuously, raise the seeds temperature to 140℃ keep this temperature for 10 minutes, take the seeds out of the pot and cool.
