摘要
本文采用正交试验的方法,以饮片中碘的含量为指标,结合传统的饮片质量判断标准,对影响昆布饮片质量的炮制工艺条件进行了探讨。结果炮制过程中浸漂水量对饮片质量影响最大,漂洗次数次之,浸漂时间再次之,温度无显著影响。经综合分析评价并考虑生产实际,认为昆布的炮制方法以一份药材加8倍量水,在10~20℃条件下浸漂48小时,洗净……干燥为宜。
A study on the processing technology of Laminaria japonica Aresch. by orthogonal test was carried out by assaying the changes on contents of Iodine before and after processing as criteria. The optimum experimental condition was obtained by comprehensive analysis, the optimal processing result was achieved by processing with 8 times of water, having the material bleached and washed with water under 10-20℃ for 48 hours.
