摘要
研究了氧化/还原工艺对雾化铜粉特性的影响,实验结果表明,雾化铜粉经适当的氧化/还原处理后,其表面层变成海绵状多孔组织,这种粉末具有较低的松装比重,其压制性能得到了显著的改善,与电解铜粉相比,这种粉末保持了较好的流动性和分散性。
The effects of oxidation and reduction processes on the Characteristics of atomized Cupowder are discussed in this paper,The experimental results show that suitable oxdation/re-duction treatment can produce spongy structure on the surface layer of Cu powder.The re-sulted Cu powder posesses relativlely low apparent density,high flowability and dispersivi-ty. Ih addition its compressibility is improved obviously.
