摘要
采用ＸＲＤ，ＳＥＭ及ＳＴＥＭ探明了Ｔｕ－１５４客机刹车盘骨架疲劳断裂特征及机理。铁素体内含有大量位错，脆性相、氧化物及微孔洞，是材料形成穿晶断裂的基本原因。
The character and the mechanism of the frame fracture in the Tu-154 aero-brake discswere investigated by XRD,SEM and STEM iechnology.A great mass of dislocation,brittlephases,oxides and pores are the foundamental reasons for the transcrvstalline fracture.
