疏水絮凝浮选新工艺处理难选细粒氧化锑矿

摘要 在pH值7.5~8的条件下,研究了疏水絮凝浮选新工艺处理难选细粒氧化锑工业矿石。研究证明,当细粒氧化锑浮选在给矿品位为1.97%,氧化率为87%时,可获得精矿品位为17%~19%,回收率为70%~74%的氧化锑精矿,这与现在工厂所用摇床选收比较,精矿品位提高了5%,回收率增加约50%。 In this paper a study of new flotation technology of hydrophobic flocculation for treatingthe industrial ores of refraetory fine antimony oxide minerals has been carried out.Testingresults under the condition of pH value 7.5~8.0 reveal that a concentrate with a grade of17%~19% Sb and recovery of 70%~74% can be obtained from a fine-grained antimony ox-ide feed assaying l.97%Sb and oxidation rate over 87%.As compared with that of shakingtackle in use,the grade is raised by 5%and recovery is increased by 50%.
