摘要
２６例骨髓增生异常综合征（ＭＤＳ）外周血淋巴、单核细胞在不同状态时生成白细胞介素６（ＩＬ－６）水平用生物法检测，发现：患者淋巴细胞在无丝裂原刺激时生成ＩＬ－６与正常人无差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），刺激后ＲＡＥＢ及ＲＡＥＢ－ｔ者低于正常（Ｐ＜０．０５，Ｐ＜０．０１）；患者单核细胞在无刺激状态下生成水平高于正常人（Ｐ＜０．０５或Ｐ＜０．０１），刺激后ＲＡＥＢ及ＲＡＥＢ－ｔ者则低于正常人（Ｐ＜０．０１）。认为：患者单核细胞自产生ＩＬ－６增高；ＲＡＥＢ及ＲＡＥＢ－ｔ的淋巴、单核细胞对丝裂原反应性降低。
ith or without mitogen stimulation, the produc-tion of IL-6 by peripheral lymphocyte and monocyte wasbioassayed in 26 cases of myelodysplastic syndromes(MDS) (RA 11 ,RAEB 8 ,RAEBt 7 cases). The resultsshowed that IL-6 released by the patients' unstimulatedlymphocytes and monocytes was at the same level as andhigher than that of the normal controls, respectively.However, the IL-6 production by the stimulated lyrnpocytes and monocytes of the patients with RAEB orRAEBt subtypes was lower than that of the normal con-trols.
