摘要 为了探索呼吸辅助的新方法,我们采用国产聚丙烯中空纤维,自行设计、制造模具,研制出一种血管内氧合器。该氧合器是一个小的、细长的可经单侧股静脉或颈静脉切开,置入腔静脉内的装置。氧合器有效长度40cm,膜交换面积0.09m2。经负压调节通过血管内氧合器的氧流量,以防止纤维破裂造成的血管内气栓的危险。一根双腔导气管使气体经同一静脉切开部位循环,气体经内芯管流经血管内氧合器尖端,然后经中空纤维束流出。目前研制的血管内氧合器尚不完善,需进一步改进制作工艺并进行体外和体内实验研究。 A new intracorporeal oxygenation device,intravascular oxygenator(IVOX) has been fabricated using polypropylene hollow fibers membrane home-made.The IVOX is a small,elongated device designed to be placed in the vena cava for prepulmonary blood gas exchange thorough a single venotomy of common femoral or jugular vein.A controlled vacuum regulates an oxygen flow through the apparatus-This minimizes the risk of vascular gas embolism if fiber rupture occurs.Co-axial double lumen tubing permits gas circulation within the oxygenator through a single venotomy site.Gas flows through the inner lumen towards the oxygenator tip and than into the hollow fibers.Further research along with bionics,high polymer chemistry,physics,mathematics model,fabricated technology,vivo and vitro experimental study etc.to improve the effeciencies of the IVOX is necessary before clinical application.
