摘要
应用IBAS—2000型图像分析系统,对8例慢性膀胱炎的移行上皮细胞、22例膀胱移行细胞癌瘤细胞AgNORs、DNA形态参数(面积、周长、最大径、最小径、形状因子)及相对含量进行检测.结果为.慢性膀胱炎与膀胱癌Ⅰ级各参量之间无明显差异(P>0.05).慢性膀胱炎、膀胱癌Ⅰ级分别与膀胱癌Ⅱ级各参量之间有显著性差异(P<0.05),慢性膀胱炎、膀胱癌Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级分别与膀胱癌Ⅲ级各参量间均有非常显著性差异(P<0.01).AgNORs、DNA形态参数的变化与相对含量的变化呈正比.鉴此认为;AgNORs形态参数及相对含量变化与DNA形态参数及相对含量变化具有同等重要意义,细胞核AgNORs、DNA形态参数及相对含量均可较客观地评价膀胱肿瘤的恶性程度;图像分析系统的综合分析为肿瘤诊断、分级与良恶性的判别提供了一种有用的手段.
Morphometrical Study on AgNORs and DNA in 8 casea of cystitis and 22 cases of transitionalcell carcinoma of urinary bladder was performed by IBAS--2000 image anlaysis.system.The results showedthat the parameters were not significant differnce between cysitits and grade 1 of transitional cell carcinomaof uninary bladder (P>0. 05). There was significant difference between both of cystitis, grade I of transitional cell carcinoma and grade Ⅱof tranaitional cell carcinom.(P<0. 05),also, the cystitis, grade Ⅰgred,Ⅱ of transitional cell carcinoma and grade Ⅲ of transitional cell carcinoma(P<0. 01).Both of AgNORs and DNA morphological parameters and content are same important by image anlaysis.The nuclearABNORs and DNA morphological parameters and content measurements might provide and objective index inthe diagnosis, grade and malignance of urinary bladder tumers.
