摘要
用聚合酶链反应快速扩增出临床分离的沙眼衣原体主要外膜蛋白基因第四可变区DNA,建立起含此DNA片段的重组质粒克隆,对重组片段序列进行了测定。从分子水平证实了沙眼衣原体母婴垂直传播。
The MOMP gene VS4 DNA of CAlanydta tracàomatts isolated from clinical samples were amplified by PCR.The recombinant plasmid containing the PCR DNA fragments were construeted.The sequences of the recombinantdsDNA were determined by Sanger's dideoxy chain termination method.Maternal-infant vertical transmission wasproved by the identical sequences of the MOMP gene of the isolates from cervix of the mother and the nasopharynxof her baby.
