摘要
作者１９８５年６月至１９９４年７月共收治无功能肾上腺肿瘤２９例。术前Ｂ超、ＣＴ及ＭＲＩ可定性者７例，其中肾上腺囊肿５例，肾上腺骨髓脂肪瘤２例。术前定性不明确者２２例，其中肿瘤直径＜３．０ｃｍ的８例均为肾上腺皮质腺瘤；直径３～６ｃｍ的６例均为肾上腺髓质肿瘤；肿瘤直径＞６ｃｍ的８例中，肾上腺皮质癌、转移癌、肾上腺嗜络细胞瘤各２例，肾上腺神经母细胞瘤、肾上腺淋巴结增殖症各１例。作者认为除直径＜３ｃｍ的肾上腺囊肿、肾上腺骨髓脂肪瘤外，其他肿瘤均应手术治疗。
Abstract29 patients with adrenal tumors were admitted toour hospital from June 1985 to July 1994. The diagno-sis was made preoperatively in 7 patients(5 adrenalcyst,2 adrenal myelolipoma) by B-US, CT or MRI.Of the 22 patients whose diagnosis was not made be-fore operation,8(tumon diameter:<3cm)had adrenalcortical adenomas,6(tumor diameter: 3～ 6cm)adre-nal medullary tumor,8(tumor diameter:>6cm)adrenocortical cancer(2),adrenal neuroHastoma(1),metastatic cancer(2),adrenal pheochromotytoma(1)and adrenal lymphatic hyperplasia(1) respectively. Allnon-functioning adrenal tumors should be treated oper-atively except for adrenal cyst smaller than 3cm oradrenal myelolipoma.
